At Indiana Physical Therapy, Physical Therapists work collaboratively with Senior Therapists and clinic staff to deliver exceptional patient care while upholding our standards of professionalism, communication, and accurate documentation throughout each patient’s treatment journey. Our Physical Therapists oversee patient care from initial evaluation through discharge, playing an important role in creating positive patient experiences and achieving exceptional clinical outcomes through compassionate, individualized care. To support work-life balance, clinical staff have the flexibility to create a schedule that fits their needs, with options ranging from a traditional five-day workweek to a compressed four-day schedule.

This includes structured mentorship beginning on day one and continuing until both mentor and mentee feel confident and supported, along with a generous continuing education allowance to encourage ongoing development. At Indiana Physical Therapy, Athletic Trainers provide professional athletic training services in both high school and industrial settings while upholding our standards of professionalism, communication, and accurate documentation. They collaborate with assigned high schools, employers, the Athletic Training Coordinator, and other members of the care team to support injury prevention, facilitate referrals, coordinate care, and promote positive outcomes. Athletic Trainers also participate in community outreach initiatives, including health fairs, educational events, and other programs that support the communities we serve.

Clinic Front Desk team members are often the first point of contact for patients and help create a welcoming, organized clinic experience. They are responsible for scheduling and rescheduling appointments, managing cancellations and no-shows, and helping maximize therapist schedules while following IPT scheduling protocols. They also support patient registration, insurance verification, and day-to-day clinic operations while ensuring effective communication between patients, clinical staff, and the business office. In addition, Front Desk staff help maintain accurate records, clinic organization, and a smooth overall workflow in accordance with IPT policies and procedures.

Central Schedulers assist patients with scheduling appointments across Indiana Physical Therapy locations and serve as a key connection between patients and clinics. They manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling, help minimize cancellations and no-shows, and work to keep therapist schedules full while following IPT scheduling protocols. Central Schedulers also provide excellent phone-based customer service, verify insurance information, and support patients in understanding their benefits. In addition, they maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system, support communication between clinics and the business office, and ensure timely handling of patient records and referrals while following IPT policies and procedures.
