Be sure to perform all exercises and training routines with proper technique.
Proper technique/form during training maximizes the effectiveness of the activity. This will ensure you get the most out of your training.
Proper technique/form minimizes your risk of injury. Performing activities with control and with the appropriate amount of resistance (i.e. weight, intensity) will ensure your body is not put at risk for over training or other injuries due to poor technique.
Perform higher intensity or more technical skill training earlier in the routine. Physical and mental fatigue will make proper technique/form more difficult and may put you at risk for injury.
