Decatur Clinic
THERAPY STAFF

JANAYA WILDER
PT,
BIO:
I became a Physical Therapist because I am an active person, love to work with people, and enjoy problem solving so PT was a perfect fit for me!
The best part of my job is getting to meet new people and helping them get back to doing what they love.
Interesting fact about me, I enjoy spending time outside being active and hiking at State and National parks. I got married in October of 2021, my husband and I also bought a house, and adopted a puppy!

AARON FRANKE
PT, DPT, Sr Therapist
BIO:
I became a Physical Therapist because I had multiple injuries throughout sports growing up so I spent a lot of time in rehab and loved the impact PT had on my recovery as well as the atmosphere in the clinic.
The best part of my job is when a patient is able to do an activity or movement they did not think their body or pain would allow.
Outside of work, my wife, son, and I love to hike and explore the outdoors with any chance we get.

KENZIE SALZBRENNER
OT
BIO:
Hello! My name is Kenzie, and I am an Occupational Therapist at Indiana Physical Therapy. I graduated with my Bachelor’s of Science in 2016 and my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2022 from the University of Indianapolis. I completed my Doctoral Capstone at CASS Housing, where I created independent living courses focused on mental health for adults with disabilities. I have lived in Indianapolis for the past 6 years, but have since moved back to my hometown in New Haven, IN.
I enjoy spending time with my family (especially my two younger sisters), relaxing at our family lake house during the summer, and playing with my two dogs Bubba and Chewbacca (Chewie). I am getting married this December, and I have been with my fiance for 7 years. I have known that I wanted to work in healthcare since high school, and I am extremely passionate about occupational therapy because I love how holistic, meaningful, and empowering it is for our patients during their pursuit of improved independence.
