BIO:

I became a Physical Therapist because I think the human body is amazing and capable of doing so many things. I have a passion for preventative health and living to the fullest.

The best part of my job is helping people meet their functional and physical goals.

Outside of work, I love spending time in nature, with my husband and daughter, and participating in physical activity, including yoga, weightlifting, paddle boarding, and bike riding.

BIO:

I became a Physical Therapist Assistant because I enjoy helping other people restore better health and improve their quality of life.

The best part of my job is working with people and helping them achieve their goals.

Interesting fact about me is I was privileged to represent Team USA as an athlete competing at the 2001 World Games in Tokyo, Japan for powerlifting! Besides lifting I also enjoy gardening, canoe/kayaking, driving my Jeep and training my german shepherd.
