OUR ANGOLA PHYSICAL THERAPY TEAM

JIM LESLIE

PT, ATC, Director

BIO:

I became a Physical Therapist because as a senior in high school, I sprained my ACL. I needed physical therapy and Dave Kuhn looked like he really enjoyed his job and inspired me to become a Physical Therapist.

My favorite part of this job is improving a person’s quality of life with non-invasive and non-medical techniques.

Outside of work, I enjoy my family, being outdoors, hunting, and baseball.

JESSICA CONRAD

PT, DPT

BIO:

I became a Physical Therapist because I enjoy helping patients get back to the activities that they like to do, and to improve their overall quality of life and health.

Outside of work, I am a new mom as of July to a little boy and enjoy spending time with him and my husband at our home, and being outdoors

TODD TROMBLEY JR.

PT, DPT

BIO:

I became a Physical Therapist because when I was young, my great-grandma fell and broke her hip. It was then that I thought physical therapy would be something I would enjoy doing.

My favorite part of this job is helping people return to the activities they love.

Interesting fact about me is that I grew up in a desert my whole life and the rain and snow here is nice!

CHELSEA FRITCH

PT, DPT

BIO:

I became a Physical Therapist because I’ve always enjoyed learning about anatomy and physiology. What really drew me, specifically, to physical therapy was how we use movement to treat pain and prevent/recover from injury. It provides an opportunity to teach patients how to manage symptoms on their own and empowers them to take their health into their own hands.

My favorite part of my job is the holistic approach that we take to healthcare. We get more opportunities to spend with our patients and can look at the whole person and collaborate with their wants/needs to come up with a unique treatment plan.

Interesting fact about me, I started with IPT in 2012 as a PTA and with help and support of IPT, I attended University of Findlay’s PTA to DPT program in 2016 to become a PT. Best decision ever!

APRIL WILK

OTR/L

BIO:

I come to IPT with 5 years of experience and a history of working in long term care, outpatient, and home health. I am originally from the Northern Lower Peninsula of Michigan from a tiny town named Posen, and I will always call myself a Michigander.

I became an Occupational Therapist because it gives me the opportunity to utilize my love for science and creativity to improve people’s quality of life and function.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and fur babies, Duke the dog and Simon the cat. I enjoy being outdoors hiking, kayaking, and boating.
