The Indiana Physical Therapy Ambassador Club is designed to bring together local businesses with IPT customers. As a member of our Ambassador Club, you will have access to exclusive discounts from various health and wellness businesses in your area! Joining the Indiana Physical Therapy Ambassador Club is easy! All you have to do is be a customer of IPT, there is no cost to join!
We have partnered with multiple local businesses to provide our members with great discounts. All you have to do is present your Ambassador Club card at participating businesses to receive the discount they are offering through this program. It’s that simple! We believe that promoting a healthy lifestyle within our community should be accessible to everyone, and we are proud to offer this program as a way to do that.
To make things even easier, we offer multiple options for obtaining your Ambassador Club card. You can download an image of the card to print at home, download a digital version to your smartphone wallet app, or simply take a picture of the card with your smartphone.
