Terra Williams MPT, COMT, MLD / CDT received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Missouri. While attending Mizzou, she also played Division 1 NCAA Volleyball for the Tigers. She went on to receive her Masters in Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University. She started at Indiana physical therapy in 2001. During her time at Indiana Physical Therapy, Terra has assisted in the development of the Woman's Health programs, Lymphedema Programs, and Post Breast Care Programs. Terra has been a certified lymphedema therapist (MLD / CDT) for 10 years having graduated from the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. Terra has additional training and expertise as a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and Functional Movement System Certified Therapist (FMS). Terra was initially introduced to physical therapy after a series of ankle injuries and surgeries temporarily sidelined her volleyball career in high school and college. It was at this time she developed an interest in physical therapy. As she became more exposed to the profession, the interest in becoming an integral part of a person’s rehabilitation and helping them achieve a successful recovery became a definite career choice.
