At Indiana Physical Therapy our company mission statement includes providing quality care “in an atmosphere in which employees can grow professionally and personally.” To continue our pursuit to “grow personally” Indiana Physical Therapy will begin recognizing staff involvement in local community activities. We take pride in our staff’s commitment to give back to the community and this page will celebrate all of their time spent giving back to the community.
In the chart below you will see the categories labeled kids, coaching, fundraisers, church, and committees. Each category encompasses a vast number of activities.
In the kids category we have employees donating their time towards Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Club, Boy/Girl Scouts, or helping out at various local schools.
The coaching category includes time involved with Upward sports, school teams, and church teams.
To have hours count towards fundraising an employee would have to spend time participating or helping with various walks, runs, marathons, or marches.
Time volunteered towards the church category would include activities such as bible study, youth group leaders, or women’s/men’s groups.
Lastly the committees category entails things such as sitting on a board, being a chairperson, or being leaders of a committee.
