Indiana Physical Therapy operates nine outpatient orthopedic clinics in Northeast Indiana, including five in Fort Wayne and one each in Angola, Auburn, Bluffton, and New Haven. Our Extended Care, Industrial, and Athletic Trainer divisions also provide therapy and service options.
